Hi Popjam. My aim is not to change the history of science. My aim is to improve the lives of people.
My science aims to understand how the brain works and the different ways in which some people find tasks like listening to complicated stories difficult. By understanding WHY some people (especially some children) find this hard, we can help teachers to help them.

Sorry I was not at the chat! I would much prefer to talk to you than do my work sometimes but I am teaching a class this week so couldn’t make it!

Hmm I hope that my work will help people understand how chemicals can damage the environment, including plants, animals and humans. I hope my work will help make sure that we stop dangerous chemicals from doing any damage, and that we can clean up any damage that has already happened. Like oil spills when a boat runs aground. I would love to find a way to ‘mop up’ oil out of the water and soil/sand!
